Location: 2-minute walk to ocean side beach, walk to the jetty or search for sea glass and driftwood. 5-minute walk to the basin side for kayaking or paddle boarding. Mad Martha’s is a half mile walk and it is just about a mile to the Riptide Cafe, The Cottage, Sunset Club, and Plum Island Provisions.
Amenities:
- First bedroom: queen bed, large closet, dresser and space for pack and play if needed. Window a/c.
- Second bedroom: twin over double bunk bed, large closet and dresser. Window a/c
- Full bathroom with tub, shower and vanity. All sheets, pillows and Towels provided.
- Open living space with fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Dining area seats 4 at table, 2 counter stools. Gas grill on back deck.
- Sitting area has small couch and 3 comfortable chairs. Window a/c
- Smart tv, WiFi and plenty of games and books.
- Outside deck seats 4-6 with an umbrella to shade the afternoon sun.
- 4 beach chairs available for use and outdoor shower.
- Parking for 4 cars.
- The house has 2 adult beach cruisers. Kayaks and paddle boards can be rented at the The Cottage.
- Washer and dryer available on lower level. Lower level has studio unit that is not occupied.
Rentals:
- Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday or weekends when available. 3pm check in and 10am checkout.
- Non smoking, no pets. 5 person max occupancy.
